Food & Wine recently posted a steak summer grilling guide, with 35 ways of doing steaks, from throwback Porterhouse steaks to balsamic marinated flank steak… And I’m going to make them all!
I don’t need to do them in order, so let me know if you have any you want me to try out first. One warning, caution, caveat, whatever you want to call it: I reserve the right to make them in Livefire versions!
Here’s my choices below, but I would be interested in reading your reviews on all of the steak recipes as you make them…
