On July 29th and 30th, Carrie Oliver of the Artisan Beef Institute and Oliver Ranch will be in SW Ohio with me to do 2 artisan steak tastings.
Both tastings will be held at Cooks’ Wares stores. On the 29th, we’ll be at the Springboro store at Settlers Walk, and we’ll be at the Montgomery store at Harper’s Point on the 30th. Both events start at 6:30 pm.
The tastings will show the differences between four different artisan steaks, and those at the tastings will learn what it means to taste artisan steaks. More info on artisan beef can be found in my post, A New Level of Beef.
We’ll do a tasting, similar to a wine tasting, and talk about what we’re finding between the four steaks. If you’re a steak lover, you don’t want to miss this! Come out and try Wagyu, Friesian/Holstein, Angus and Charolais steaks grilled by me, with some interesting side dishes.
There are still seats available @ $39 per seat. Leave a comment here or email me for reservations.
